We are looking for an Executive Director – Design (Residential) to lead the design strategy and execution for large-scale residential developments. This is a senior, strategic role for someone from a major developer with a proven track record of delivering residential projects from concept through construction.

Strong developer background.
Minimum 15 years’ experience in residential design and development.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects A–Z—from concept through construction.
Strong understanding of development, commercial feasibility, and stakeholder management.
Middle East experience preferred.
Proven leadership in managing design teams and complex residential projects.
