  • Collaborating with team members to generate content for communication, marketing, and community development initiatives (e.g., community plans, proposals, articles), and providing recommendations for refining messaging to effectively reach target audiences through strategic vision, message refinement, and adaptation of style and delivery methods.

  • Overseeing the execution of strategies to ensure project success by managing relationships, supervising team workload and quality, adhering to timelines, and surpassing client objectives. This involves crafting compelling content that creates a connection by utilizing multiple media platforms including photography, video production, animation, graphic design, and social media to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

  • Strong organizational skills with experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in graphic design and/or video using Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience, including project and/or client management.
  • May require lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, with rare lifting of up to 50 pounds.
