Commercial Roofing Estimator/Sales

• Conduct on-site inspections to assess roof conditions, measurements, and project challenges.
• Prepare take-offs and cost breakdowns using estimating software (EDGE, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Client-Facing Leadership: Work directly with building owners, GCs, and vendors to ensure the best solutions for every project.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and roof plans to create detailed, accurate estimates.
• Communicate with clients regarding project scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Submit competitive bids and proposals within required deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to verify scope and pricing.
• Stay up to date on material pricing, labor costs, and industry best practices.

Commercial Roofing Estimator – Low-Slope Reroof

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing estimating (low-slope reroof strongly preferred).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of multiple commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Modified, BUR, etc.).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

Compensation: $85k-$95k + company vehicle, gas card, and full benefits
