The Role

Tasks

-Prepare presentation drawings and diagrams to clearly convey design ideas -Manage commercial architecture projects from beginning to completion by interfacing with clients and project teams on budget, schedule, and work plans -Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction -Research building codes and local zoning requirements

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required, plus 5+ years of relevant design experience -Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling and rendering software (Rhino, Enscape, Lumion), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite -Experience attending client meetings and coordinating across all phases of design -Experience producing construction drawings in Revit is required
