The Production Operator is responsible for safely starting, troubleshooting, and operating manufacturing equipment, including industrial blenders, according to the production schedule. Three skill levels (I, II, III) are defined by experience, the ability to assume varied plant‑floor roles, and independent problem‑solving to keep cycles efficient and downtime minimal.
No formal education or prior experience is required for this position, allowing candidates to learn on the job and grow within the organization.
The role requires physical capabilities such as standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, kneeling, balancing, and lifting up to 50 lb, as well as the ability to use hands, talk, and hear effectively in a manufacturing environment.
