- Communicate with sub partners including establishing NTEs based on estimated travel time, estimated work time, material and equipment needs
- Follow up with sub partners for schedule dates and/or work order updates
- Dispatch service work orders to sub partners
- Communicating customer expectations to sub partners
- Communicate with internal departments
- Receive and review work orders that are requested to be subcontracted
- Identify and correspond with sub partners to establish schedule dates within SLA

- Ability to create, navigate, search and update Rogers Electric’s systems. (work orders, reports, quotes, invoices, emails)
- Ability to multitask (using several screens and browsers at the same time, talking on the phone while navigating the system)
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines/urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing while being professional, courteous and knowledgeable
- High School diploma/GED
