Develop and run dynamic simulations using Hysys Dynamics or Unisim
Check work performed by other process engineers
Prepare process equipment data sheets, equipment lists, electrical usage, and utility usage lists
The successful candidate will take direct engineering responsibility for the executing dynamic process simulation for Oil and Gas upstream and midstream process system and integrate them with transient multiphase thermal hydraulic models like OLGA/Virtuoso
Test operational and controls aspects of newly developed processes using dynamic simulations
Work with other engineers in the development of new and upgraded processes
Ensuring Success of the Production Optimization Team
Perform dynamic process simulations to match to operating data or heat and material balances
Develop control schemes for new processes
Assist in startup of plants in the field and assist in the preparation of Start-up and Operating Manuals
Using dynamic simulations, verify the design of valves, control loops around the critical equipment like compressors, distillation units etc., to handle transient events
Assist the Clients to troubleshoots operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions to increase throughput.

Knowledge of Transient Pipeline simulators is an added advantage
Knowledge of chemical engineering “First Principles”

Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D
Understanding of Upstream Production systems
Understanding of natural gas processes and liquefaction of natural gas
Meaningful and interesting projects delivered to leaders of industry across oil & gas and emerging energy sectors
Minimum of 12 years of industry experience
Sound organizational skills for completing tasks as scheduled
Degree in Chemical Engineering
Strong communication skills both verbal and written for the purpose of explaining challenges and solutions internally
Knowledgeable and experienced in LNG or hydrogen liquefaction or air separation processes
