We’re looking for a motivated Civil Design Engineer II to support highway and structural engineering projects from concept through delivery. This role is ideal for an early- to mid-career civil engineer who wants hands-on design responsibility, exposure to a variety of project types, and opportunities to grow technically and professionally within a collaborative team environment.

Base Salary Range: $80,000 – $87,000 annually
Hybrid work schedule (1 remote day per week; can also work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday or Monday off)
