Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working with projects from inception through to Construction stages and will have up-to-date Revit skills as this Practice is fully Revit.

Due to a significant pipeline of work, our client is looking to add a strong Architectural Technologist to its ranks. The successful candidate may be involved in a number of projects at various stages, and having site-based experience in the delivery of projects is needed.

• Self-driven and willing to learn, adopting a ‘can do’ mentality and work ethic.
• Thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations.
• Must be able to convey accurate information to different stakeholders effectively
• Excellent organisational skills with an ability to achieve project deadlines.
• Revit experience is a must.
• Prior experience in contributing to projects from inception through to Site is highly beneficial.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in the industry.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• A relevant degree in Architectural Technology or similar.
