Check guest identification to verify legal age for alcohol and tobacco purchases.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
Provide accurate information about menu items, promotions, and hotel services.
Promote and recommend drinks and snacks to guests to enhance sales.
Handle cash, process payments, and balance receipts accurately.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and hotel policies and procedures.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain and replenish bar stock and supplies as required.
Monitor customer alcohol consumption and refuse service when necessary.
