Research and evaluate emerging A.I. tools for leasing related functions. Collaborate with cross functional team members to identify opportunities for A.I. usage and adoption.
Participating in Boulder office events, outings, lunch-and-learns, volunteer events, community engagement and more.
Completing a research project on a real estate topic and presenting at the end of the summer (Capstone).
Assist in developing and preparing marketing and presentation materials.
Conduct company, property and industry-specific research and summarizing research on tenants, prospects, and potential growth locations.
Performing data analysis work on tenant leases, real estate market trends and economic conditions impacting real estate
Shadowing members of the Boulder team on property tours, lease negotiations, meetings with consultants and clients and prospects and internal meetings

Proficient in the Microsoft Suite including Excel and PowerPoint applications.
Real Estate, finance majors preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attentive to detail
Preference given to students who have completed REAL 4100 or equivalent.
Ability to work on projects independently and contribute to a team-based environment.
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising junior or senior (undergraduate only).
