Provide Leadership: Guide the HVAC crew by providing input and leadership, ensuring the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute services.

Completion of an undergraduate degree and 5+ years of experience of BAS Technician experience managing similar USG projects of size, scope and complexity, preferably with experience to adequately understand mission needs across the project.
Must possess an OEM certification in BAS systems, or a similar certification.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of information and telecommunication management professionals.
Must be a US or Australian citizen
Ability to work in fast paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills.
