Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering geology, geological engineering, geotechnical engineering, mining engineering, or a closely related discipline
Experience performing rock mass characterization, geotechnical core logging, technical proficiency in open pit mine planning and stability modeling software, and mine operations experience
Working knowledge of rock mass characterization and slope stability analysis methods
Joint set and shear zone characterization and kinematic analysis
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel
Desire to travel and ability to conduct field investigations in remote locations
0 - 5 years of experience that includes fieldwork
