Heavy emphasis placed on the design of process control and instrumentation systems, power distribution, and motor control along with other building related systems design for lighting, communication, and electrical utilization equipment. Interns may have the opportunity to witness field installations of the systems and will work alongside senior engineering staff.
Work will be performed as part of multi-discipline teams and will involve coordination with civil, process, mechanical, and architectural disciplines.
Electrical engineering tasks associated with water and wastewater treatment, collection, and distribution systems will include design, field observation, and survey activities as well as document production utilizing Revit (BIM, building information modeling), AutoCAD, and other specific design tools.

A desire to learn more about Water Serive Line and MEP projects in a consulting industry
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree required, or anticipated in the coming months
Prior experience in the Water and/or MEP field preferred
A valid driver’s license required

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
Previous related engineering intern or co-op experience preferred
EIT and desire to obtain PE preferred
