The role involves assembling, maintaining, and servicing fire protection systems in commercial buildings while acting as a positive and professional representative of Encore to customers. Employees must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and professional appearance.
Candidates should have a ‘can‑do’ attitude, with experience preferred but not required, and must be comfortable working at heights, lifting at least 50 lb, and traveling throughout New Hampshire. A valid driver’s license, ability to pass a drug screen and background check, and an interest in the construction industry are essential, along with basic skills such as reading blueprints, using hand tools, and operating machinery.
