  • An understanding of the rent recovery process including the law around possession, and government policy around welfare reform and its impact on the sector, Regenda and its customers.
  • Experience of managing a range of housing related debt on a patch basis.
  • Must be able to drive, have access to a car, hold a valid driving licence and have business insurance to claim mileage.
  • Knowledge of welfare benefits and experience of providing general advice to tenants as part of arrears prevention work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in written format.
