The analyst will evaluate bid invitations, RFPs and other solicitations, conduct market and competitor research, and produce executive summaries, bid outlines and project plans. They will craft bid response strategies that include pricing models, technical solutions and value propositions, while coordinating inputs from sales, operations, finance and other stakeholders. Managing the bid lifecycle involves maintaining compliance, meeting pre‑bid requirements, and ensuring timely submission of all deliverables. Additionally, the analyst will maintain a centralized repository of templates, past proposals, pricing data and competitor analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Candidates must reside in Canada and have proven experience in strategic bid analysis within the EV or clean‑energy industry. Advanced Excel skills—including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, Index/Match and financial modeling—are essential, as is the ability to scrutinize large datasets and complex RFP documents. Strong problem‑solving, communication, teamwork and leadership abilities are required, along with comprehensive writing skills. Preference is given to experience with non‑profit, community‑driven organizations or familiarity with municipal and local governments.
