Take orders, prepare, and serve food, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, courteously and efficiently according to hotel specifications.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages as well as the ability to handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain stock and supplies, as well as assisting in monthly inventory and ordering.
Assist in monthly LBW inventory count.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 60 pounds without assistance.

Communicate and work closely with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, orders, and product availability.
Complete prep list for following shift and 86’d/ordering needs for bar.
Consistently follow proper protocols for handling intoxicated or disruptive guests including proper documentation and filing of incident according to ABRA/local laws.
Ensure all terminals and servers/bartenders have hit end of shift re-set.
Set up bar and bar area according to outlet’s standards, ensuring that bars are well-stocked.
Assist in training new employees.
Provide outstanding memorable customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
1-year(s) experience as a Bartender in a fast paced, high-volume establishment.
Knowledgeable of credit card and cash handling procedures, as well as recording accurate tip-out sheets, and calculating accurate bill amounts.
Voids and Comps are properly initialed along with reasoning.
Must have proficient command of the English language.
Can walk and stand for up to 8 hours.
All LBW areas are closed and secured, keys signed out at end of night.
Experience and knowledge on restaurant POS systems at time of order – ALOHA preferred.
Has current TIPs and ABRA certifications, or the ability to acquire required certifications within 60 days of employment.
Knowledge of all specialty cocktail ingredients, garnishes, and recipes. He/She must have the ability to answer questions from both guests and Colleagues regarding the menu and drink selections
