What you would be doing

Monitor the progress of drawings and documentation related to NOC submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Attend project meetings, provide updates on NOC progress, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Liaise with relevant government agencies, authorities, and the client team to secure necessary approvals and No Objection Certificates (NOCs).
Support the project team in obtaining all required approvals in a timely manner.
Track the status of utilities NOCs and ensure completion within the required timeframes.
Regularly review project schedules to identify potential delays or deviations related to NOC progress and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with clients (internal and external) and liaise with government entities and service authorities across the UAE to address technical queries and resolve issues.
Participate in design coordination meetings, contributing to process improvements where necessary.
Collect and consolidate information from agencies, consultants, and contractors to prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports, as well as design documentation for management and clients.
Attend project kick-off and coordination meetings, providing support to the design team throughout the NOC process.

Valid UAE driving license and access to a car, as the role requires frequent travel to government offices and service authorities.
A diploma or degree in engineering from a recognized university (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred).
Demonstrated experience liaising with government authorities in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, with a strong understanding of their NOC systems and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Fluent in speaking and writing in Arabic
5–10 years of relevant experience in NOC coordination, preferably within the infrastructure sector.
