Uphold and enforce project rules and safety protocols consistently, ensuring compliance with workplace standards and company policies.
Act as a liaison between field engineering and craft, guaranteeing compliance with construction drawings and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
Address and resolve employee conflicts and grievances, notifying project and corporate management as necessary.
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
