Diagnoses and repairs plumbing & piping systems and components in residential and commercial buildings
Evaluate customer plumbing situation, develop multi-option proposals/estimates, and present to customers using the A-1/Groundworks Sales Methodology.
The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue; and effectively lifts and carries heavy loads.
Conduct camera inspections and respond to emergency plumbing situations

Minimum 2 years of experience in Residential Plumbing
Experience with home and commercial software and technology (example: ServiceTitan)
The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand and arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination.
Ability to perform projects and service
License and certifications preferred but not required: Master Plumber, Journeyman Plumber, Backflow Tester, Leak Detection
Valid Driver’s license and insurable driving record required
The position lifts heavy objects and/or up to 50 lbs., walks, sits and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor.

Has the ability to work independently.
Proficient in piping domestic, sewer, gas, and hydronic systems with experience in copper (soldering, pro press, and brazing), PVC, cast iron, gas piping (black iron, Gastite CSST), and PEX
Understands service criteria and is accountable for exceeding revenue goals
Knowledge of basic hand and plumbing tools
High School Diploma or GED
Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
Experience in boiler, chiller, and water heater replacement
Great craftsmanship required
Comprehends technical information and blueprints
Seeing with the ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens are required.
Knowledge of plumbing code
The employee must have excellent stamina.
