Team Coordination and Quality Control: Collaborate with project managers and technicians, participate in quality control programs, and, for senior-level roles, lead project teams and oversee large-scale assessments.
Hazardous Building Material Surveys: Perform or assist with asbestos, lead-based paint, and other hazardous material assessments on job sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Equipment Maintenance and Calibration: Maintain, calibrate, and manage monitoring equipment to ensure proper functionality and adherence to quality control programs.
Air Monitoring and Sampling: Conduct regulatory air monitoring during renovation and demolition projects, including personal and area exposure assessments.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare accurate field reports and client data summaries, ranging from basic documentation to complex analysis, depending on experience level.

Walking over rough, uneven terrain and standing for long periods or lengths
Asbestos Air Monitor and/or Asbestos Inspector
Asbestos Air Monitor and/or Asbestos Inspector accreditation
Working the majority of the time outdoors in varying weather conditions
Technician III: 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience in overseeing and mentoring junior staff, a plus
OSHA HAZWOPER 40hr
An Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, a plus
Technician I: 1+ years of relevant experience, OR equivalent experience, with an associate degree in a related field
