Acting as owners engineer
Support the training and development of junior engineers.

Experience leading and co-ordinating project delivery desirable
Good interpersonal skills; e.g. relates well to colleagues, clients and business contacts, and can influence to achieve positive results.

Experience of FAT, SAT or commissioning desirable
Broader experience in the field of electrical engineering desirable
A broad understanding of the UK electricity system and the various stakeholders within it.
Willingness to learn to improve the spectrum of technical and softer skills required from a good consultant.
Adapting to deliver non-core technical capability projects as required
Goal-oriented and a problem-solving mindset coupled with the ambition to develop.
Knowledge of the design and specification of control systems as they pertain to power generation, energy conversion, electricity transmission and distribution systems.
Relevant degree (minimum BSc/BEng) required
Consulting experience desirable
Assertiveness / willing to take the initiative, e.g. drives projects forward proactively, makes things happen, has a “can do” attitude and develops solutions to problems.
