- Strong technical knowledge of drilling techniques, geothermal reservoir characteristics, and project management.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in geothermal energy, HVAC, water, oil and/or clean tech.
