The Senior Talent Strategy Consultant serves as a strategic partner and subject‑matter expert within the Talent Center of Excellence, guiding enterprise‑wide initiatives in leadership development, organizational learning, succession and performance management, and strategic workforce planning. This role provides visibility to senior leadership, influences high‑level talent decisions, and designs integrated solutions that build workforce capability, accelerate leadership readiness, and drive business outcomes.
The consultant reports to the Director of Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Management and supports four Talent COE Managers, collaborating with HR, TMOD, and other talent functions to deliver “One Exelon” solutions. The position works across multiple corporate locations in Illinois, District of Columbia, Maryland, or Pennsylvania.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (master’s preferred) and at least four years of experience in talent management or organizational development. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in at least two areas such as workforce planning, succession planning, or learning & development, and possess strong analytical, change‑agility, communication, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
Preferred candidates bring advanced strategic thinking, vendor‑management experience, and the ability to deliver training across multiple functions. Experience in union environments, the energy or utility sector, and data‑driven learning analytics is also valued.
