Provide technical guidance to other M&S engineers within MSD developing multi domain physics models which may include developing initial analysis plans, support with tools, and peer review of models and results.
Estimate labor hours and duration to complete modeling tasks and peer review those provided by the global team and members within the group
Validate models with lab or application test data
Provide technical oversight of global teams involved in performance modeling which include informal technical reviews, responsibility of technical quality/completeness of work products delivered to product teams, and ownership of model transition plans.
Develop and champion best practice/lessons learned database to further grow M&S capability
Summarize/Present Analysis Results at Appropriate Levels
