Prepare annual transfer pricing documentation, including Master and Local files
Conduct tax research and draft technical memos to support positions and planning initiatives
Prepare and review foreign tax provision (IFRS/FRS 102)and note disclosures
Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and support tax planning outcomes and other initiatives as required
Monitor and interpret transfer pricing and foreign tax legislation, particularly in Ireland and the UK
Analyze cross-border intercompany transactions and ensure alignment with transfer pricing strategies
Support Country-by-Country and Pillar Two reporting processes and related compliance activities
Support the resolution of tax disputes by responding to queries from tax authorities
Prepare monthly tax reconciliations, forecasts, and periodic installment calculations for approval
Coordinate and review workpapers for foreign corporate income tax filings with external service providers and prepare Canadian foreign affiliate information returns as required.

CPA designation is required, though candidates with an undergraduate degree and equivalent tax and accounting experience may be considered

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in accounting and 2–3 years in tax, with strong knowledge of IAS 12 and tax compliance processes
Experience with financial reporting and tax provision software, transfer pricing principles, and background in oil, gas, or commodities sectors are considered assets
