Drive quality assurance through documentation, NDT inspections, and work execution packages.
Mentor and guide trades teams through technical challenges and project delivery.
Work across iconic terminal sites with cutting-edge infrastructure
Champion safety by ensuring all maintenance activities meet the highest standards of compliance and care.
Collaborate with Viva Energy Engineering to deliver projects on time and to spec.
Lead a skilled team of Fitters, Welders, Boilermakers, Riggers, Scaffolders, Painters, and more.
Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance across mechanical plant and equipment.
Supervise complex works including pipeline fabrication, hydro testing, flange jointing, and mechanical rebuilds.

Proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and supervision
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office and digital job management systems
Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or similar (Boilermaking, Welding highly regarded)
Experience with permit-to-work systems and WHS compliance
Strong understanding of QA/QC, NDT, and pipeline fabrication standards (ASME B31.3)
Diploma in Engineering or equivalent (desirable)
