Ensure that all customers receive prompt responses and follow up to all matters raised and ensure that commitments given are resolved in a timely manner
Be on time to appointments and phone to cancel or change appointments if emergency delays occur
Explain to customers how to use products and ensure that customers have all required manuals
Attend required department office day, as well as playing an active part of team development
Completing Inspections in Customer’s homes after the Service period finishes, or when a new Warranty case is registered, to qualify defects and disqualify non defects and create scope of works for repairs with costings

A trade background in the construction industry would be an advantage ideally in carpentry
Working knowledge of Australian Building Codes, standards and regulations; and
