Develop metrics and reporting for the T&O CAE teams.
Optimize the product design processes to increase the speed and quality of our product launches.
Build partnerships with external vendors, academic institutions, national labs and technology providers.
Develop automation of CAE processes and reporting to increase the efficiencies of our CAE teams.
Develop best practices and standards for the Product CAE teams to develop and validate products more efficiently and effectively. You will focus on reviewing and vetting the software and hardware that best fits the needs of our organization.

Trained in the use of multiple CAE tools.
Experience with complex multi-domain based system modeling with Dymola or TwinBuilder or other Modelica based platforms highly preferred.
Demonstrate successful performance with attention to detail while managing multiple projects
Experience with Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow for embedded system design and MIL/SIL/HIL a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, good oral, written, and presentation skills.
Work effectively with minimal supervision and maintain good working relationship with internal and external teams & customers
10+ Years Technical Experience in the CAE Discipline in a New Product Development Environment with Electro-Mechanical Devices.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Related Discipline.
