Partner with the PG & T utility client to understand and meet their business objectives, while increasing revenue and profit to the business.
Build chargeable time into pricing scenarios for account management/review.
Cultivate close working relationships with key personnel at all levels.
Act as the single point of contact to the client where applicable. Manage and lead cross-selling, proposal development and contract negotiation of multiple service lines to the client.
Jointly work with Terracon’s National Account Program to identify business opportunities with key suppliers, such as AE and construction firms, performing work with the client.
Execute long-term business and marketing strategies.
Work closely with senior management at the Division and Operating Group level to improve account performance.
Champion the identification, pursuit and generation of new leads within the client.
Work closely with key client contacts along with key individuals internally (including Office Managers and Program/Project Managers) to ensure that the needs of the utility are being met in a timely and consistent fashion, and that the level of quality meets or exceeds expectations.
Develop a strategic plan to identify key business opportunities based on market research and analysis of the client’s project pipelines.

Bachelor’s degree in business, civil engineering, construction management or related field and a minimum of 15 years' related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 19 years' related experience.
Experience in marketing professional services and managing accounts in one or more of the following fields: commercial construction and development, and/or power generation and transmission.
Minimum 15 years’ experience in senior level client relations and managing large accounts in the A/E/C industry.
