The specialist develops and executes internal communication plans that align with business and people priorities. They ensure consistent tone, messaging, and branding across all internal channels. Collaboration with senior leaders, HR, and business functions is essential for communicating updates, change initiatives, and major announcements.

High‑quality written and visual content—such as emails, newsletters, and intranet articles—is created to inform and inspire employees. The specialist manages, maintains, and continuously optimizes communication channels including email, intranet, and collaboration platforms. They also support and deliver campaigns that boost engagement and awareness.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in internal communications or a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential. The role demands high attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
