Backup on various Accounts Receivable reports & month-end account reconciliations
Maintain daily issue logs & review SRCR log for any items billed outside the bus price
Assist Treasury team with required accounts receivable information and reconciliations
Maintain contract spreadsheets (buses open) daily with information on price, payment terms, discounts, contract spares, etc.
Assist with preparing Manufacturer's Certificates of Origin and Certificates of Sale
Assist in reconciling customer accounts
Prepare manual invoices
Assist the Financial Collection Analyst and customers with accounts receivable and collection information
Post customer payments for both Private and Public sales
Requirements
