Support development of new service capabilities based on market demand
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for PDS services including project management, development consulting, and advisory services
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
Contribute to thought leadership and marketing initiatives
Develop go-to-market strategies for new service offerings and geographic markets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and projects
Collaborate with PDS leadership to enhance and expand service offerings
Partner with other JLL business lines (Capital Markets, Leasing, Property Management) for integrated client solutions
Manage existing client relationships to identify expansion opportunities and additional service lines
Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met
Support knowledge sharing across regional PDS teams
Coordinate with marketing teams on proposal development and client communications
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at corporations, developers, institutional investors, and public sector clients
Lead RFP responses and client presentations for major project opportunities
Analyze project pipeline data and market conditions to inform strategic decisions
Create compelling proposals and presentations for new business pitches
Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience and project success
Serve as trusted advisor on complex real estate development and project management needs
Identify opportunities for innovative project delivery methods and technologies
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and client needs

Understanding of real estate finance and investment analysis
Up to 25-30% travel may be required for client meetings and project site visits
Professional certifications (PMP, CCIM, CRE, LEED AP)
Familiarity with project delivery methods (Design-Build, CM at Risk, IPD, etc.)
Master's degree (MBA, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field)
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Multilingual capabilities for global client relationships
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client relationships
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Deep understanding of project management methodologies and development processes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Knowledge of construction, design, and real estate development lifecycle
Experience with complex real estate projects across multiple asset classes
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Established network within the commercial real estate industry
7+ years of experience in commercial real estate, project management, development, or business development
Proven ability to build relationships with C-level executives
Experience with international or large-scale development projects
Background in consulting or professional services environment
