You’ll work closely with our Principal Civil Engineer and collaborate with our multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery teams. Our work spans local and international projects, predominantly in the mining and industrial sectors, with growing opportunities in energy and transport infrastructure through our broader Agilitus group.
- Provide technical input from feasibility through to detailed design and construction support.
- Support project planning, QA, and proposal development to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Prepare concept and detailed designs, models, drawings, and reports, ensuring quality, accuracy, and constructability.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated engineering solutions that align with client needs.
- Deliver and support civil design across earthworks, roads, drainage, surface water management, and non-process infrastructure.
- Work on diverse, high-impact projects across mining, industrial, energy and transport sectors.
- Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to solve problems and deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with a national Agilitus team recognised for technical strength and design capability.

- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience with 12d and AutoCAD (Civil 3D or similar design software) will be highly regarded
- You will have at least 5+ years’ experience with civil engineering design and project delivery, ideally across mining and industrial infrastructure.
- Hydrology and water services design would be advantageous
- Excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating across disciplines and driving engineering solutions forward.
- Chartered Engineer / RPEQ
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a team environment.
- Familiar with Australian Standards, Austroads, and TMR frameworks.
- Strong technical background in earthworks, roads, and drainage; experience in transport or infrastructure projects will be well regarded
