- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams of experts (Environment, Infrastructure, Energy, and Resources) in developing recommended solutions as part of strategic planning.
- Organize and facilitate workshops with various stakeholders.

- Position CIMA+ upstream of technical projects to develop proactive strategies that support municipalities and private companies in managing water and climate change issues, such as flooding, droughts, and erosion.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities, participating in events (conferences, webinars, sectoral working groups, etc.), and assisting in the preparation of service proposals.
- Carry out technical, financial, and regulatory studies related to water protection and enhancement.

- Ability to lead projects—sometimes multidisciplinary and strategic—in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (e.g., clients, government entities, suppliers, communities).
- Professional experience in watershed management (water footprint) or water-related public policy development will be considered assets for the position.
- Professional experience in managing strategic consulting projects that encompass political, economic, and technical dimensions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English. Proficiency in French will be considered an asset.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in implementing water resource management projects, environmental consulting, water use efficiency, climate change adaptation, or related fields.
- Strong skills in strategy development, analytical thinking, and the ability to propose tailored solutions and innovations in energy transition.
- University degree in engineering, environmental studies, economics, or a related field. A master’s degree will be considered an asset.
