Heavy Equipment Parts Manager

• Supervise warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of parts while minimizing excess stock.
• Implement and maintain an effective order management system to streamline processes related to parts ordering and inventory control.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting technicians and customers with parts inquiries and automotive service needs.
• Oversee purchasing and sourcing of parts from suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to maintain accuracy in data entry and control measures.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with other departments such as manufacturing and automotive repair to support overall operational efficiency.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Parts Manager to oversee the parts department within our organization.
