What you would be doing

- Constantly supervise, control and coordinate work according to project plans to ensure timeliness and high quality.
- Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and inspection
- Co-ordinate with internal staff including Interior Designers, Quantity Surveyors and Construction Leaders etc.
- Committed to uphold all work processes and documentation including project correspondences, weekly progress reports etc and the chairing of site meetings with clients.
- Interface with clients to manage a smooth and successful delivery of a project.
- Provide administrative support to facilitate effective communication across projects.
- Co-ordinate layout plan, M&E plan, and visuals, prepare project schedule and/or quotes to clients.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for managing and organizing important documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility, and maintaining confidentiality.

- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Project Management and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software is essential.
