The Production Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the company’s manufacturing operations and facility management. Primary responsibilities include, managing production processes, ensuring product quality and efficiency, and optimizing resource allocation to meet production targets; leading and mentoring a team of supervisors and production staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Position requires good manual dexterity, fine motor skills, visual acuity, spatial awareness, and proficiency in using hand tools and equipment. This position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged periods of standing, and consistent bending, twisting, pulling, or squatting when assembling. Candidates should be able to comfortably perform physical tasks associated with the role, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Overtime (OT) will be required from time to time for short-term or long-term duration, as business needs mandate. Travel may be required by any mode of transportation as determined by company for business reasons such as, but not limited to, project site visits, skill development or training.
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $112,000 - $168,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
