The Senior Investments Analyst (or Manager, Investments) will join the Arlington team to support acquisition, disposition and asset‑management processes for the portfolio.
- Conduct advanced market and financial modeling, valuation, and reforecasting for assets and acquisitions.
- Lead acquisitions, dispositions, and due diligence, including on‑site property reviews and redevelopment planning.
- Participate in portfolio evaluations and support general portfolio management.
- Coordinate with internal departments, leveraging strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Manage closing processes and ownership transitions for new investments.

The role offers exposure to market and financial analysis, redevelopment projects, transaction leadership, portfolio evaluation and cross‑functional collaboration, as well as managing closing and ownership transition activities.
Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate, have 1‑2 years of real‑estate experience, and demonstrate strong leadership, analytical modeling (especially Excel), organizational, written and presentation skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
