Role

Description

Interpret work instructions, including sequence sheets, drawings, photos, and shop‑floor notes.
Assemble aluminum extrusions by attaching screws, fittings, labels, and other parts in the prescribed order.
Operate automated and semi‑automated assembly machines, such as PEM insert machines, as needed.
Visually inspect completed products and organize them for further inspection.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and pack materials for shipping.
Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand and power tools (screwdrivers, pliers, soldering gun, etc.).
Collaborate positively with coworkers, supervisors, quality inspectors, and production control.
Occasionally lift, push, or pull items up to 25 lb manually or with a cart.
