Navigate multiple permitting processes across various agencies with confidence.• Use local knowledge to streamline approvals on both large scale developments and compact commercial infill sites
Take ownership of projects from entitlement through construction.• Coordinate teams, schedules, and resources to keep projects progressing smoothly and predictably.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET accredited university• EIT required, PE preferred• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred
