Perform preventive maintenance and inspection tasks as defined in each maintenance agreement maintaining adherence to budget objectives
Obtain clearly defined directives from the Service Coordinator on the specific tasks to be performed; assist the coordinator in scheduling inspections based on location, man-hour requirements, priorities, customer coordination’s, and material pick-up

Primary area of expertise is evaporative condensers, large control systems, complex conventional electrical controls, Industrial Refrigeration Systems including ammonia, cascade, and rack systems with the ability to rebuild commercial/industrial compressors
Ability to work a flexible work schedule to include varying shifts, short notice assignments, emergencies, nights, weekends, and overtime (scheduled and unscheduled), as required
Possess knowledge of current International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration / Refrigeration Engineers and Technician Association and OSHA safety regulations
