Be IT competent and ideally have experience with the property management software system Yardi.
A practical, proactive approach to property management is required, along with excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to use personal initiative.
3 years’ experience in commercial property management is essential, with proven experience of managing retail parks or shopping center assets.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Able to demonstrate a basic understanding of ESG in the sphere of property management.
Be able to identify opportunities and show signs of introducing business to areas within their sphere of influence.
Honesty, integrity and openness, high ethical standards.
Have started, or be intending to start, the route to becoming a chartered member of the SCSI.
Have a full valid driving license, use of own car is desirable but not essential.
