- Prepare detailed, coordinated revit drawing packages
- Liaise with design teams, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Attend site meetings, contribute to inspections, and support BCAR compliance
- Assist in leading the technical delivery of medium-to-large scale residential projects
- Ensure all work aligns with current Irish Building Regulations and practice standards
- Support project delivery from post-planning to completion
- Report to senior team members and collaborate with Directors as required

Known for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, they offer a collaborative, design-led environment with strong technical delivery standards.

- 3–8 years' experience in a similar Architectural Technologist role
- Strong technical drawing and detailing skills – Revit experience essential
- Good working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and BC(A)R
- Prior experience delivering residential or mixed-use projects in Ireland
- Confident communicator, well-organised, and proactive in team settings
- Eligible to work in Ireland (EU/Stamp 4/Irish citizenship)
