The Field Services Manager will supervise and mentor CMT technicians, oversee daily operations and financial performance, and ensure comprehensive training. This role also includes managing projects, driving business development, maintaining equipment calibration, and promoting a strong safety culture.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, five years of relevant experience, and maintain required certifications. Physical ability to lift 85 lb, expert knowledge of construction materials testing standards, and strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
