To build your career by assisting in the delivery of ‘leading edge’ engineering projects.
Conducting project lesson learned workshops with supply chain and project team to prevent recurrence of issues.
Continuously monitor the effectiveness of the quality program and support improvement as required.
To work with a vibrant, agile and multi-functional team in delivering projects on time, safely, to budget and to the required quality standards.
Monitor KPI (Key Performance Indicators) on planned vs actual, checklist completion, issues / snags, room readiness and system/area handover.
Implement a First of Kind / Benchmark program and monitor installations & progress of completion. Ensure Benchmarks / First of kinds are visible to all project personnel.
Lead by example in the areas of ethics, EHS, cultural sensitivity, diversity, teamwork, quality culture and behaviors.
Provide support and guidance with implementation of the Quality & LEAN Construction Policy
Complete incremental Internal Audits to verify implementation of the QMS and the Quality Plan.
Provide technical and professional guidance for teams
Establish close working relationships with cross functional departments (Planning, Engineering, Operations, Commissioning, EHS, etc.) including supply chain and client stakeholders.
Develop project quality program and provide training to site team for implementation
Develop & maintain Project Quality plans and Inspection and Test plans to ensure project compliance. Continuously monitor the effectiveness of the quality program and update as required
Be proactive in identifying areas of improvement and create suitable action plans to improve project performance (Snags, Checklists, Supply chain, Trends, Risk, etc.)

ISO9001 auditor certification and experience.
