-Deep technical expertise in electrical systems such as lighting, power, communications, security, and backup power systems -Known for client-facing skills, ability to build trust, and commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions -Successfully delivered medium-to-large scale projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, data centres, or residential -Hold a relevant tertiary qualification and are registered (or eligible for registration) as a professional engineer in QLD (RPEQ). -10+ years' experience in electrical services design within building services, with a proven track record leading projects and teams -Strong pipeline of work with long-term clients and industry partnerships. -Passionate about mentoring and developing others, with experience in people management
