Description

We are seeking a Head of Asset & Project Management to lead and oversee the strategic performance, design, and operational excellence of their property portfolio. This senior leadership role will manage a high-performing team across asset management, office design, and project delivery functions, driving initiatives that enhance asset value, tenant experience, and long-term sustainability.

• Oversee the end-to-end design and delivery of all office fit outs, integrating functional, aesthetic, and sustainable design principles.
• Lead the strategic oversight of a portfolio of 35 commercial properties, driving performance through proactive leasing strategies, capital planning, and targeted upgrades.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team managing day-to-day operations, tenant relations, budgeting, compliance, and maintenance.
• Manage major projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and alignment with commercial and sustainability goals.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in office design, workplace strategy, and space planning.
• Proven experience in asset management and project management within the commercial property sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across asset management, design, and delivery functions.
