We are seeking an experienced Project Readiness Lead to join our team and drive readiness for multiple new production line introductions and retrofits. This is a critical role ensuring all supporting elements such as SAP setup, raw materials, BOMs, SKUs, and ancillary equipment, are in place for successful project delivery.

Strong Project Management experience (beyond engineering tasks).
Proactive, energetic personality – able to chase and influence teams.
Background in medical devices or regulated industry.
Familiarity with FPX methodology and tools like MS Project.
